There have been many times in my life where working out at home or in a hotel were the only options I had. And for many years my workouts at home sucked because I wasn’t sure how to optimize them.
When I worked contract jobs in corporate America a lot of my time was spent flying to different states to handle various contracts. I was building my fitness business on the side, but the bills still needed to be paid. That meant a lot of travel and having to workout in hotels. Hotel gym sucks so I had to come up with a plan.
After I quit corporate America and went full time with my business I was juggling being a Dad and a full time business owner - which meant every second counted.
Once again I found myself leaning heavily on home workouts.
