Your eating plan needs to be simple. If you're doing an algebra equation and lugging around 10 meals all day - you're not going to last long.
Plus, you need a plan that allows you to live life, have a beer, and enjoy a burger from time to time.
This is where my background story of struggling with my weight comes into play.
Most everyone knows the difference between healthy food (veggies, chicken, etc.) and unhealthy stuff (Kit Kat bars, ice cream, etc.).
That's the easy part.
The challenging part is knowing how to eat healthy but still live life and enjoy some "treats" from time to time.
You need a plan that gives you the healthy stuff mixed with just the right amount of the yummy stuff. Plus, you need to know how to make the good stuff taste good too!
